This beautiful leopard skirt is custom made by our seamstress. The waist band is a no-roll elastic band. It is made out of ITY material, so it hangs very nice (slinky and not clingy) and the material doesn't run. Wade it up in your suitcase, and it still will come out looking fresh. The skirt is made true to size.
