We are very mindful that once you purchase, you want to receive your items quickly!
We strive to ship next business day after purchase but never more than 48-72 hours, depending on the day of purchase. If a purchase was made on a weekend or a holiday, the shipping will be made on the next business day. If there is an unforeseen delay, you will be notified.
The items will have tracking through USPS, and that information will be provided to you via the email provided on your purchase. Any issues with delivery, or damage during transit should be made through USPS using the tracking information.

We hope you love the items you've purchased through our boutique! However, we understand when an item does not fit nor meets your expectations. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back or store credit for the item, minus the shipping cost.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost to return the item is the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards. They are final sale. Please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If the item is sold out, we will provide you with store credit or a full refund minus the shipping charges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via store credit, whichever you choose. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
